In 2018, He establishes His own company — STIGMA, based in Türkiye — specializing in Ship Management, technical supervision, flag and class surveys, pre-purchase inspections, and dry dock project management.
He is a dedicated and results-oriented Chief Engineer with over 24 years of maritime experience. He began his maritime career in 2000, working on various types of ships, and eventually rose to the rank of Chief Engineer. During this time, he gained a solid technical foundation in marine engineering, machine operations, maintenance planning, and ship safety systems.
After transitioning to shore-based duties, he served as Technical Manager at a well-established ship management company, where he was responsible for the technical performance of the fleet, shipyard planning, classification and flag compliance processes, and providing daily operational support.
