Currently serving as the ISM Manager at STIGMA, he oversees safety and compliance operations in alignment with international maritime standards, providing strategic oversight for safety management systems and vessel operations.

Throughout his career, Emad has held several key roles. As Operations Manager at Observator Shipping Company, he was responsible for ISM compliance and ship documentation. At International Marine Services, he served as Operations Specialist, coordinating seafarer logistics and operational processes. He also gained experience in foreign trade and logistics coordination at Natural Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., and developed hands-on expertise in vessel chartering and port operations at Akram Shipping and Othman Management Bureau.

Emad holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Transport and Logistics from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport, graduating with a GPA of 3.4 / 4.0. He brings both a solid academic background and practical field expertise to his work.
